Report: Lukashenko calls on allies of Russia, Belarus to unite

MINSK, Apr 7 (PRIME) -- The “wavering” allies of Russia and Belarus should unite or cease to exist without strengthening of the political, economic, and military ties, Belarusian state news agency BelTA reported on Thursday quoting President Alexander Lukashenko.

“Those who are still wavering should understand that without swift unification of our ‘civilization’, without strengthening of the political, economic, and military ties, we all may cease to exist tomorrow. There will simply be none of us,” he told Security Council as quoted by BelTA.

It is important to develop promising directions, use pin-point diplomacy, and achieve results in addition to the unconditional improvement of ties with the friendly countries, he said.
